We are firm believers in a three-cornerstone approach to building an athlete (Speed, Movement & Power). Our mission is to help athletes win by teaching them how to prepare properly and execute the task of reaching and/or increasing their potential.
You are not a dollar sign: Some facilities view athletes as a dollar sign or number, often training more than 30 athletes at a time. At LSP, we train in small groups to provide quality over quantity.
Development is top priority: Because of our small group training, we are able to focus on the small mental and physical details, which are the building blocks to exceptional results.
Standard of excellence: We take every measure to ensure full preparation beginning with your evaluation. We thrive on good communication & constructive feedback.
