We are firm believers in a three-cornerstone approach to building an athlete (Speed, Power & Movement). Our mission is to help athletes win by teaching them how to prepare properly and execute the task of reaching and/or increasing their potential.

The Overview

Legerity provides services for athletes of all levels and ages ranging from youth to professional. LSP incorporates specially designed training regimens that are specifically tailored to each athlete’s ability. Our programs are not only physically demanding, but equally stresses the importance of the mental aspect of training. Our training environment is cutting-edge, high energy, professional and fun. LSP is devoted to the success of each of its athletes on and off the field.
